Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Virality Predictor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

The service analyzes short videos up to 60 seconds and provides scores, timestamped feedback, rewritten hooks, and script suggestions. The current service provides product information and an email notification list. Joining the list requests a launch notification; it does not start generation, create an account, grant credits, or make a purchase. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed.

Notification List

Submit only an email address you control. You may request removal by contacting us.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, violate laws, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, or submit harmful content.

Video Deletion

Your video is deleted once the analysis finishes. Only your report and a few keyframes from the moments it mentions are saved to your account, so you can reopen them in My Reports.

Intellectual Property

The service, interface, documentation, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the service.
